Pumpkin & Toasted Almond Samosa

Fresh pumpkin cooked in a fragrant coconut curry with toasted almonds. Perfect served with coconut yoghurt or mango chutney.

  • Heat samosa in warm oven, 180°C for approximately 10 minutes or air fryer 180°C for approximately 8 minutes until hot through.
